Lead times
White, rosewood, anthracite, white foil and oak PVC windows and doors are about two weeks, then delivery. Sliding sash is five to six weeks. Coloured foil is six to seven weeks. Standard composite doors are about four weeks, roofs and garage doors five to six weeks, and aluminium or timber seven to eight weeks.
Delivery to the trading address or the site is free, with the conditions on the delivery page. Fitting, when we do it, follows the fitting diary: about six to eight weeks for PVC, and eight to ten for aluminium, timber, garage doors, conservatories and roofs.
A trade team, not a call centre
Josh, Jamie, Rhys, Rachel and Craig do the quotations and the sales support. Colin, Andy and Richard do technical surveys when a job needs one. Dylan, Lee and Neil run the deliveries.
The Carlisle and Dumfries showrooms are both open for trade customers. Carlisle is Monday to Saturday, Saturdays by appointment. Dumfries is Monday to Friday, by appointment.
The showrooms
Kingdom House in Carlisle, and the Dumfries branch on the Maxwelltown Industrial Estate.
