Tilt inwards for a steady airflow, or turn the sash fully in and clean both sides of the glass from the room. When the opening is large enough it is a fire escape. The same warm frame as our casements, fitted by our own installers.

One handle

How it opens

Closed, the handle turns up and the sash swings in from the side. Tilted, it gives a smaller, steadier opening. Both sides of the glass can be reached from inside, including on an upper floor.

The PVC frame is a 70mm five-chamber profile, accredited by the British Board of Agrément and the British Standards Institution. Glazing is 28mm double or 44mm triple, and the reinforcement can be the recycled RCM option. The profile and the glass are guaranteed for 10 years. Double glazing is a 1.2 U-value and triple glazing is 0.8, against the 1.4 or 1.3 many local makers offer. Double or triple glazing.

Woodgrain finishes are in the same colour range as the casement windows.
