Made in Carlisle
Keep the flush sightline of a traditional casement, and gain PVC seals, security hardware and thermal performance. A triple weather seal for exposed sites, with dummy peg stays and monkey-tail handles when you want the period details.

A flush sash window
On a modern frame
This is the Optima flush casement. The outside is the chamfered shape of a timber flush window. The inside shape is a choice. The suite includes dummy peg stays and monkey-tail handles, made to the same proportions as the frame.
A triple seal, which earlier flush casements did not have, is there for exposed sites in Cumbria and south-west Scotland. It opens outwards, from a single light to a bay.
It suits wood-effect finishes in particular: Irish oak, cream, white foil and AnTeak, as well as the rest of the colour range.
Made here, fitted by us
You keep the look the house was designed with, and you stop painting it. The frame is made here, and six family members work in the business.
Fitted by our own installers. Fully employed and time-served. Never subcontracted. Aftercare stays with you, and PVC and glass are guaranteed for 10 years.
It is at its best in the wood-effect colours: Irish oak, cream, white foil and AnTeak. The triple seal is there for the exposed sites we work in, across Cumbria and south-west Scotland.
