Door repairs
A door that jams as the weather changes, a broken handle, a faulty lock, or a misted unit. The same six-month oil on the hinges.
Conservatory repairs
Water on the cill, a leaky roof, faulty underfloor heating, or a misted roof unit. We also clean the roof sheets that are awkward to reach.
Cleaning and maintenance
PVC frames and glass, solid, glass and polycarbonate roofs, roof moss, and driveways and patios. Frame and glass cleaning starts at £50 + VAT, a roof clean at £200 + VAT, and a driveway or patio at £120 + VAT. Moss removal is quoted on the visit.
Locksmith
Locksmith visits in Carlisle, Gretna, Longtown, Brampton, Penrith, Annan and the surrounding area. The van carries parts to get you back in, or to repair the lock.
Replacement parts
PVC window and door spares. Looked after, a window or door can last well beyond 25 years: oil the moving parts, and use them.

No extra work without asking
How a call-out works
The call-out fee covers the first hour on site. What it costs depends on how soon you need us, and where you are in the area. A small adjustment can be done in that hour if there is time. If a part is needed, we write a quotation and wait for you to accept it. We do not do extra work, or add to the bill, without your say-so.
You do not have to be an existing customer. If a window is leaking in the rain, mark where the water comes in and keep the cill dry. We can find the cause once the weather is drier. A cracked unit is usually not a guarantee claim: most people claim on the house insurance, and we can quote to replace the glass.
